Instructions for use

  • All load capacity specifications refer to load-bearing steel tracks. The transport set assumes the most unfavourable moment of only two short-term load-bearing roller skates on uneven ground.
  • The track determines whether transport runs smoothly, not the load capacity of the roller skate – tiles are unsuitable, asphalt and concrete are only suitable to a limited extent; stable sheet metal plates are best (min. 10 mm).
  • Trouble-free transport thanks to the selection of models with larger roller diameters and oversized load capacity
  • Inserting the supplied angle irons facilitates alignment in the direction of travel, thereby preventing jamming during transport.
  • Compensating pieces ensure height compensation when using turntables.

Hercules Transport Kit

A blue moving skate set with four skates, a round rotating platform, a storage box with handles, two connecting rods, and a long T-shaped handle. Dimensions are labeled in millimeters.
  • If you do not want to assemble much, want to save height and gain safety during transport, Hercules is the right choice for you.
  • Hercules transports machine tools easier and safer: the roller diameters are 24 and 30mm, and the turntable is larger than on centre pivot plates.
  • A separately supplied twin roller skate also makes Hercules ideal for transport with four-point support.
